AKSI. Anggota DPD RI, Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) menyatakan, 9 nama calon Ketua MPR RI dari DPD RI adalah tokoh yang bagus.
“Semua bagus, tak ada masalah,” kata Oesman Sapta saat dihubungi di Jakarta, Senin.
Terkait namanya yang masuk dalam 9 nama yang akan diusung oleh DPD RI untuk menjadi calon Ketua MPR RI, ia menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada anggota DPD RI.
“Saya menyerahkan kepada anggota DPD RI, siapa yang akan dipilih untuk diajukan sebagai calon Ketua MPR RI,” katanya.
Yang pasti, kata OSO, siapapun yang dipilih nantinya oleh DPD RI untuk diajukan sebagai calon Ketua MPR RI, akan menjadikan lembaga tersebut lebih memiliki marwah yang kuat.
Adapun 9 nama calon ketua MPR RI dari DPD RI adalah Asmawati, Abdul Gafar, Hudarni Rani, Oesman Sapta, AM Fatwa. Akhmad Muqowam, John Peris, Hana Hasanah Fadel Muhammad dan Ajiep Padindang. 9 nama tersebut dihasilkan dalam rapat DPD pada tanggal 2 Oktober.
Hari ini, 9 nama itu akan divoting untuk memilih satu orang.
